Music video: Giorgio Moroder featuring Kylie Minogue - Right here, right now | Random J Pop

Kylie Minogue teamed up with the Godfather of electronic disco that is Giorgio Moroder to deliver a jam that pretty much shits on her Kiss me once album and for all intents and purposes should have been her comeback single instead of "Into the blue". The whole thing sounds and looks like something from Kylie's Fever era, which was one of her best eras.

Giorgio Moroder's forthcoming album 74 is the new 24 is Girogio's first studio release in 30 years. But with a collaboration with Daft Punk under his belt and the likes of Britney Spears, Sia, Charli XCX, Kylie Minogue, Mikky Ekko and Foxes all making guest appearances on his new album, Giorgio is not short of helping hands to help re-introduce him to a generation who had probably never heard of him prior to Random Access Memories.

Giorgio did an amazing job of merging his sound and Kylie's to produce a song which feels old, feels new, feels like his and also feels like hers - so I'm keen to hear his songs with the likes of Britney, Sia and Charli XCX. Britney in particular, because after the mess that was Britney Jean, that woman is in need of a pop jam to restore the faith and I do not want to hear anybody tell me that "Work bitch" was a 'classic' or 'iconic', because no.
